Terms notice
We operate exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017), latest version. Note: Clause 23 of the ADSp 2017 deviates from statutory law regarding the maximum liability for loss or damage to goods (§ 431 HGB). In particular, liability for multimodal transports including carriage by sea and for unknown place of damage is limited to 2 SDR/kg. Otherwise, the standard liability of 8.33 SDR/kg is additionally limited to EUR 1.25 million per claim and EUR 2.5 million per incident, but at least 2 SDR/kg.

Insurance cover
ATS Spedition GmbH maintains ongoing logistics liability insurance. Only the respective insurance terms and statutory liability provisions are authoritative.
